Conditions and benefits vary depending on your travel dates, but please find below our general group conditions:
- A minimum of 16 adults reserved and paid passengers is required to be considered as a group. Passengers must travel on the exact date, flight and stay at the same resort in order to enjoy the full benefits associated with group travelling.
- The final fare will be guaranteed only if the due deposit is paid according to the group agreement.
- It is important to mention that children under the age of 12 do not qualify as group passengers unless they are paying the full adult fare.
- Once the group reservation is confirmed, the fare benefits associated to your reservation will be valid only to the reserved rooms. If the group number exceeds the original reservation, Vacances Tour Mont Royal will try to obtain the same benefits for the additional passengers.

Group conditions for weddings are easy.
- A deposit of 500$ is mandatory in order to reserve the airline seats for the future couple.
- The airline seat request is guaranteed up to 90 days before departure date.
- The final payment is required 60 days prior to departure date.
- In order to be considered a group a minimum of 10 passengers is required.
NB: The deadline for the "Early Booking" could change depending on wether the hotel establishments.
